It is easy to get caught up in the day to day thinking there is no better way. Take a step back and look at your life from a new perspective. How can you make changes to start changing your situation for the better?
I have found ways to incorporate what I need to do to chase my dreams. If I waited for the perfect time to workout or stretch, the time may never happen. I make time and so can you. Find ways to take out the unnecessary mess in your life and replace it with ways to move forward towards your dreams and wants. Go get creative.
Here is one of my hill workouts. I love hate these because they always hurt so much but provide great results. I recommend finding a hill by you and go get it.
